In addition to our monthly Leadership Development sessions, we’ll also have a monthly 360 Group. This group is designed for our non-profit Executives (or key team members) to collaborate on four key disciplines:
Executive Directors from the 30 Charity Champions winners gathered together for the kickoff of 360 Groups. Every January through May, 360 Solutions and TFNB Your Bank For Life provide leadership development training sessions for all of our Charity Champions winners. 360 Groups are smaller teams of Executive Directors that work together to help each other. Happy Thanksgiving week, everyone! This is Randy Lane with a special edition of the Charity Champions podcast. We’re going to play two interviews from last week’s Baylor game.
First, we’ll hear Sheree Corn’s interview with the voice of the bears, John Morris. She’s in charge of community outreach at Pack of Hope. She’ll explain how their organization is erasing hunger by giving food-insecure kids bags of nutritious snack over the weekend. A lot these kids would otherwise go several days without anything to eat.
After that, we’ll hear John’s interview with David Littlewood, president of TFNB Your Bank For Life. He talks about the importance of community banking, new locations, and creating a better Waco by supporting nonprofits. Let’s listen!

Randy and Dale sit down with Dr. Tim and Janice McCall of Restoration Gateway. Their mission is 700 acres of land in Northern Uganda. They work to restore peace and heal wounds among the vulnerable children and war-torn people in the area.
The ministry of Restoration Gateway started in 2004 when seven Ugandan men began meeting to pray under a tree on the land presently held by the project. Their prayer was that God would send someone to help restore all that the enemy had stolen in their land. God answered those prayers and issued a call to Dr. Tim and Janice McCall in early 2005 to move to Uganda. The first trip by the McCalls took place in May of 2005, and the land for the project was selected.
